Delivery Commitment

We take pride in delivering orders with secure and high-quality packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Customers are encouraged to check the delivery timelines mentioned on each product page before placing their orders. Shipments are dispatched throughout the week, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Accompanying Note

Some orders may include a note that describes the concept, process, materials, or making of the product.

What’s Inside the Box

  • Ordered product secured with shredded paper, and sometimes wrapped in bubble wrap or foam to prevent damage.
  • Branded stickers

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of Tohfa Shofa.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be charged an additional fee of INR 100.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders above INR 1999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized products.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • COD payment will be collected by the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
  • COD orders are confirmed only after OTP verification at the time of placing the order. If OTP verification fails, the order will be cancelled.
  • Orders may also be confirmed only after successful address verification. The Tohfa Shofa team may reach out to the customer via phone number or email for the same.

GST and Taxes

  • Prices displayed on the website include GST (Goods and Services Tax) within India.

Delivery Timelines

  • The estimated delivery date is mentioned on the product page (under the buy button) based on timelines provided by our shipping partners. Please note that products may sometimes be delivered earlier or later than the mentioned date.
  • Since many of our products are made to order, production delays may occur due to technical issues. If this happens, we will notify you via phone or email and try to expedite the delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the accessibility of the customer’s location by third-party couriers. We will provide updates in such cases.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Delivery

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
  • You will receive shipping and fulfillment updates via email or SMS.

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided during order placement.
