Made-to-Order Policy:
All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
No Exchanges:
We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances. If a customer is unsatisfied for reasons other than damage, incorrect delivery, or missing items, the product will not be eligible for exchange.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ORDERS
We take utmost care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing items, the following guidelines must be strictly followed:
Notification Timeline
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after this timeframe will not be considered.
Important Delivery Guidelines
- Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with.
- Do not share the OTP with the delivery agent in such cases.
- Immediately report the issue via our helpline or email.
Failure to follow the above steps may result in the request being declined.
Proof Requirements
To process any claim, customers must provide clear and complete evidence, including:
- Images of the outer packaging
- Images of the inner product condition
- An unboxing video (highly recommended)
Incomplete or insufficient proof may lead to rejection of the claim.
RESOLUTION OPTIONS
Replacement / Return:
- We generally offer free return pickup and replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
- In cases where the pickup location is not serviceable, we will assist you with the return process.
Credit Note (Optional):
- If you choose not to receive a replacement, a credit note will be issued for the order value.
- The credit note must be used in full in a future purchase.
- If the new order exceeds the credit value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
